OUR SPONSOR ACTIVATIONS HIT DIFFERENT...
We turn sponsorships into experiences people actually want to spend time in.
Every UNITE Summit activation is co-created with our partners from the ground up. We take the time to understand your goals, your brand, and the story you want to tell, then bring it to life through thoughtful, interactive experiences designed to engage, surprise, and connect.
The result is something far more powerful than traditional sponsorship: authentic moments, meaningful conversations, and a lasting impression that extends well beyond the event.

OUR STAGE IS YOUR PLATFORM...
Every UNITE Summit collaborative stage is co-created with our partners from the ground up. We take the time to understand your perspective, your priorities, and the role you want to play in the broader energy conversation, then build the content that reflects it.
The result goes far beyond logo placement: dynamic discussions, fresh insights, and moments that resonate with the right audience long after the session ends.
THE KABEN - PATHWAYS ALLIANCE STAGE
Designed as a warm, immersive Canadian log cabin, the space invited attendees to settle in, lean back, and stay awhile. Dappled lighting cast a soft glow over rich wood textures and luxurious lounge seating, evoking the quiet comfort of a high-end mountain retreat. Custom-built hot chocolate and maple doughnut cabins filled the room with the unmistakable scent of something sweet—ensuring every conversation was paired with a moment of indulgence. But the magic went far beyond the setting. Working closely with Pathways, we shaped a content program that reflected their ambition to advance large-scale carbon reduction and reimagine the future of Canada’s energy landscape. From the outset, this was a true collaboration—Pathways’ CEO opened the stage, setting the tone for a series of conversations grounded in transparency, progress, and possibility. Together, we defined the themes and topics, then layered in our own curatorial lens—introducing diverse voices, healthy tension, and unexpected perspectives. The result was a stage that didn’t just inform—it challenged, sparked, and moved the conversation forward in meaningful ways.

THE GALLERY - RBC STAGE
Co-created with RBC, the Financing the Energy Transition track was designed as a two-day immersive journey into the systems driving real climate action. Together, we shaped a program that explored how to unlock capital at scale, igniting urgency among investors, governments, and the public alike. From innovative financing models and public-private partnerships to the realities of project execution, stakeholder alignment, and technical risk, each session was built to move beyond theory and into action. Layered with diverse perspectives and a deliberate tension of ideas, the stage pushed conversations further toward solutions that are not only ambitious but achievable. Set within a stunning, light-filled room, The RBC Gallery balanced elegance with energy. Plush lounge seating mixed with high-top tables created a natural flow between conversation and connection, while a curated exhibition of artwork by a local Canadian artist wrapped the space in a powerful visual narrative of reclamation and renewal. Delegates were invited to don 3D goggles and step into the artwork, blurring the line between observer and participant.
