It all began in 2017 with four entrepreneurs and a crazy idea...

 

Concerned by the challenges facing the energy industry and the global need to accelerate the energy transition, we self funded and launched the Energy Disruptors: UNITE event series with no previous event experience. All we knew was we had to shake up the energy industry, for good!  We designed the summit to boldly address the opportunities and challenges presented by the energy transition and scoured the globe to find thought leaders who could share their perspectives on breakthrough technologies, new business models, emerging global trends, policies that work, and the opportunity in multi-stakeholder and diverse collaborations.

 

But... we wanted to do more!

 

We made it a core value to make the UNITE summit as accessible as possible and made it our goal to be the most inclusive energy event in the world. We included music and performances as a key part of our DNA. And we also made space for social psychology and the arts on our main stage because we believe courage and creativity are integral in pushing the needle forward on the energy transition.

 

After three award-winning summits, our audacious goal to unite the world's boldest energy trailblazers became the fastest-growing future energy event in the world.
